Administration Team

I’m the Clinic Administrator at Evergreen Wellness, where I’m proud to support both our team and clients in a variety of ways. With a background in hospitality and psychology, I bring a holistic approach to the administrative side of our practice, ensuring that everything runs smoothly so our therapists can focus on what they do best—helping people. Before stepping into my current role, I earned a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Professional Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. I also recently began volunteering as a Crisis Responder with Kids Help Phone, expanding my experience in mental health support.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of roles, including as a Youth and Family Counsellor, where I gained valuable skills and insights into the mental health field. These experiences have shaped my passion for creating an environment where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to improve their mental health and well-being. My future goals include running my own equine-assisted therapy business as a registered psychologist.

Outside work, I find joy in riding my two horses, as well as capturing moments in nature through outdoor photography. Hiking is another way I reconnect with myself and the world around me, and I believe in the importance of balance and self-care—values I encourage in both my personal and professional life.
