Starting therapy can feel like a daunting step, but you don’t have to take it alone. I am here to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. I believe in creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration, where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and in a way that feels authentic to you. Together, we will work toward meaningful growth, healing, and empowerment, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I recognize that each individual, couple, and family brings a unique story and set of needs to therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your lived experiences, and help you uncover the strengths and solutions that already exist within you. Whether you are working through relationship struggles, personal growth, major life transitions, or family dynamics, I am committed to supporting you in a way that respects your autonomy and personal journey.

Supervision

Supervision for Therapists and Students

Supervision is more than just oversight—it is a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented relationship that fosters both professional and personal development. Drawing from an integrative supervision approach with a strong person-centered foundation, I create a space where therapists and students feel respected, encouraged, and empowered in their clinical journey. My role as a supervisor is to provide guidance that aligns with each supervisee’s unique developmental stage, level of experience, and professional goals.

I believe that effective supervision is a partnership, built on trust, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to learning. Whether working individually or in a group setting, I tailor my approach to meet the evolving needs of my supervisees—providing support, constructive challenges, and opportunities for deeper self-reflection. I encourage supervisees to identify at least two key areas of focus for their clinical skill development and personal growth, ensuring our work together remains intentional and meaningful.

My Commitment as a Supervisor:

My goal as a supervisor is not only to enhance clinical competence but also to instill confidenceresilience, and a deeper connection to the therapeutic process.
